This presentation explores its three therapeutic modalities\, Yuktivyapashraya (rational)\, Sattvavajaya (psychological)\, and Daivavyapashraya (spiritual). By examining their relevance in modern clinical practice and reviewing emerging biomedical evidence\, the talk highlights Ayurveda’s potential in managing chronic\, lifestyle-related\, psychosomatic\, and neuro-cognitive disorders through an integrative and systems-based lens. \nSPEAKER BIO: Vaidya Ashlesha Raut ji is a VaYU Faculty and a member of VaYU Faculty Senate. She is a third-generation Ayurvedic physician with 20 years of experience\, specializing in holistic wellness through Ayurveda and integrative medicine.
