VaYU advances authentic yoga through research, graduate education, and partnership — working alongside healthcare professionals and community leaders.
Most people meet modern medicine and traditional healing in separate buildings, with separate records and separate conversations. Our Teaching, Research and Wellness (TReW) Centers put them under one roof: modern medicine, Ayurveda, and Yoga Therapy together, close to home, so that care is within reach.
These three evenings are where that starts in each city. They are built for conversation, not lecture — and they end with something concrete you can do.

Three and a half hours, and most of it is people talking to each other. The run of show is the same in every city — only the start times shift.
