VaYU is a candidacy-accredited, online university offering rigorous programs in Yoga, Ayurveda, and
integrative wellness. We seek an experienced, self-driven professional to serve as Registrar, supporting
student affairs, compliance, and academic operations under the Office of the President.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee admissions, registration, graduation, and student records
- Manage student accounts and academic tracking via SIS (training provided)
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors (Admissions, Academics, LMS, Marketing)
- Lead accreditation and compliance reporting
- Draft clear, professional documents and memos in English
- Perform additional administrative and supervisory tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 12–15 years of office experience
- Excellent writing skills
- Strong leadership, project management, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Adobe, SIS/LMS platforms
- Stable internet connection and flexibility to work in US hours.
Compensation & Benefits - ₹70,000–₹120,000/month commensurate with experience
