Robert Johannes

Rob Johannes is the Director of Recruitment & Strategic Partnerships at Vivekananda Yoga University (VaYU), where he leads U.S. recruitment strategy and institutional partnerships. With over a decade of experience in higher education recruitment, partnerships, and consultative leadership, he has built and scaled teams, developed articulation agreements, and expanded recruitment through mission-aligned collaborations.

Based in the Atlanta area, Rob is a husband and father of three. Outside of work, he is a certified personal trainer, enjoys coaching youth sports, and is drawn to VaYU’s mission of cultivating holistic education, self-awareness, and service.
