Organization: Vivekananda Yoga University (VaYU), Los Angeles, USA

VaYU is a candidacy-accredited, online university offering rigorous programs in Yoga, Ayurveda, and
integrative wellness. We seek an experienced, self-driven professional to serve as Registrar, supporting
student affairs, compliance, and academic operations under the Office of the President.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Oversee admissions, registration, graduation, and student records
  • Manage student accounts and academic tracking via SIS (training provided)
  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors (Admissions, Academics, LMS, Marketing)
  • Lead accreditation and compliance reporting
  • Draft clear, professional documents and memos in English
  • Perform additional administrative and supervisory tasks as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12–15 years of office experience
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Strong leadership, project management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Zoom, Adobe, SIS/LMS platforms
  • Stable internet connection and flexibility to work in US hours.
    Compensation & Benefits
  • ₹70,000–₹120,000/month commensurate with experience
